90-Day Warranty Policy
At Lamb’s Light, we stand behind the quality of every piece we create. That’s why all of our jewelry is backed by a 90-day warranty from the date of delivery.
If your jewelry has any defects in material or workmanship within this period, we’ll gladly repair or replace it at no cost.
What’s Covered:
- Broken chains or clasps
- Defective engraving
- Tarnishing that occurs under normal use
- Missing stones or hardware
What’s Not Covered:
- General wear and tear after 90 days
- Lost or stolen items
- Damage from improper care, accidents, or chemicals
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
How to Start a Warranty Claim:
Please email us at help@lambslight.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or video of the issue
- A brief description of what happened
We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Note: Our warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
